Skillet Corn with Cultured Butter & Charred Pepper.
Preparation
Cut the kernels from the cob. Brown the butter in a wide skillet, add shallot and corn, then leave undisturbed long enough to color. Fold through torn pepper, vinegar and salt. Finish with basil while warm.
